Galt Field is a privately owned public-use airport located 1 mile (1.6 km) north of the village of Wonder Lake, Illinois, United States, in McHenry County.[1][2]

The airport has two runways. Runway 9/27 is 2802 x 36 ft (854 x 11 m) and made of asphalt. Runway 18/36 is 2141 x 125 ft (653 x 38 m) and is made of turf.[3]
For the 12-month period ending May 31, 2019, the airport averaged 110 operations per day, or about 40,150 per year, all general aviation. For that same time period, there were 32 aircraft based on the airport: 30 single-engine and 2 multi-engine airplanes.[3][2][4]
The airport is home to EAA Chapter 932. In addition to hangars, the airport is home to an aircraft maintenance shop, hosts ground-school classes for prospective pilots, and offers a fishing pond and fire pit for hangar tenant use.[5]
