Der Flughafen Aguni (jap. 粟国空港, Aguni Kūkō) ist ein Regionalflughafen der japanischen Stadt Aguni. Er liegt im Landkreis Shimajiri im Süden der Insel Okinawa. Der Flughafen Aguni gilt nach der japanischen Gesetzgebung als Flughafen 3. Klasse.
